After a long time of struggling w/ my work internet line, I finally quit putting it off and called. Turns out my internet had been inconsistently getting to my house. My bad for not calling sooner. However, I super appreciate the tech support and assistance from Heather over the phone on 1/26 and quickly sending out Dustin to fix the problem on 1/27. Dustin quickly figured out the problem and fixed it and then spoke w/ the Cigna IT Department. Thanks for providing such excellent service to customers and having friendly and helpful employees! I was having major issues with our streaming and internet speed. I made a call, they sent out a very knowledgeable technician. He put up a larger satellite receiver thing, & cleared some branches. When I called the woman on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful. We went from a speed of 0.5 to 1.8 to 25! 25, in the middle of no where.
Joe (the tech) was awesome. We weren’t home when he arrived, he was still busy working outside in the crazy MN winds, and coldish weather. Thank you MVTV for keeping us streaming!

Having had telephone service at my Mountain Lake farm for more than 50 years the telephone and Internet service deteriorated to the point I could no longer continue with Frontier. When my land line went down in June it took over 10 days for a service person to physically correct the situation. Both the phone and Internet were down and after repeated emails and finally calls where I was put on hold numerous times I finally decided to quit Frontier and contact Kjell Turner Windom with MVTV. Kjell came out and got my Internet set up for less money and better reception.

With more towers going up, we decided to try MVTV. It took a little searching for the right place to direct our satellite, but they stuck with it until they found one. I run a small business out of my home and have a large family that visits often on week-ends. We have never had enough data to accommodate the business and all the devices when our kids are home.
